Chef Ricky Gopeesingh is an expert of combining the flavors of the Caribbean Islands, India, and the U.S.  Growing up in Trinidad, his creations are a love letter to his roots.

Ricky first learned to cook at age 10.  His training is in the French culinary style, and his experience is from a variety of locales.  From as near as Pineapple Grille in Delray Beach, Florida, to as far as New York City, his ability to delight the palate has never left him.

Chef Ricky has built a respectable reputation among restaurant owners and chefs in the area.  His unique style of cooking is distinguished from other chefs by the blend of his Indian Caribbean heritage and mastery of French culinary techniques.
